How to use the
artboxdirect.com website
Know exactly what want? Use the menu on the
left of the home page for a 'quick shop'. Simply
scroll down to the section you wish to buy from,
eg, oil colours, press and hold down; a 'cascade'
menu will appear showing the brands we stock
(in this case, Daler-Rowney and Windsor &
Newton). Select brand and scroll down to the
product you wish to buy and click once - the
whole brand range will appear: click and add
to your shopping cart.
Prefer to browse? Use either
the central menu or the icons on the right.
Click on either the image/icon you are interested
in (eg pallette = oils) where you will find
a brief but informative description of the product.
Click again and a 'non-cascade' menu will appear
where you can choose the item you wish and add
to your cart.
Alternatively, if you already
know the product code or wish to view a particular
range, tap the name or code into the speed search,
click go and it will take you straight there
or click on the ‘Search’ link in
the top menu to go directly to the search page.
Due to the large number of products we offer,
you may whish to refine your search - if so
click on the ‘New Search’ or ‘Advanced
Search’ link at the top of the search
page.
Add as many items as you
wish to your shopping cart (you can remove them
later if you change your mind!) You can view
how many items there are in your cart and the
total in the cart area below the left menu.
You can at any time click
on the ‘Check Out’ button; this
will take you to the ‘Check Out’
page where you will see an order summary of
your shopping cart. You can move any items into
your Saved Cart to be purchased at a later time;
you can change the Quantity of any items and
you can ‘Remove’ items from your
‘Cart’.
When you are happy with your
choice, click the ‘Check Out’ button
in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
This will take you to the ‘Secure Transaction’
area of the website. If you have placed an order
with the site before, simply sign in with your
E-mail address and password. (If you have forgotten
your password, click the ‘Forgotten Password’
link.) If it is your first time, please enter
the required information and click ‘Continue’.
The next page is the ‘Ship
To’ information for your order. Enter
the address you wish your order to be shipped
to or select an address from your address book
and click ‘Continue’.
You will see a summary of
your order and shipping details. Review the
details and, when you are satisfied with your
order, click ‘Continue’ to begin
the check out process. Enter your billing address
in the form - this must match that associated
with your payment method –and click ‘Continue’.
This will take you to the final payment page
where you can review the charges and billing
information. Enter your payment information
in the form provided. When you are finished

Shipping, handling
and delivery charges
UK Delivery Charges: £3.99 postage and
packing on orders up to £50. Free delivery
on orders £50 and over European Delivery
Charges: £9.99 postage and packing on
all orders. Artbox aims to process and dispatch
UK orders within 48 hours, using 1st Class Royal
Mail. Small items are sent by 1st Class Letter
Post while larger items (usually over 2kgs)
are sent Parcel Post. Most products are usually
delivered in 3-5 working days. However, during
busy periods delivery can take up to 10 working
days.
Tax charges
All the discounted prices you see are the prices
you pay - no added duties or taxes

Every care has been taken to ensure that our
website offers our customers a safe shopping
experience. Artboxdirect.com uses a secure server
connection. Your credit card details are encrypted
(scrambled) and are only debited once your order
is ready for despatch. Credit and debit card
details are used only once per transaction and,
